Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Jinnland, a brand of ALISHA ART FACTORY. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns and refunds policy.
- Eligibility for Returns and Refunds – To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
- Timeframe for Returns and Refunds – You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return and refund request. After 7 days, we cannot offer a return or refund.
- How to Initiate a Return and Refund – To initiate a return and refund request, please contact us at contact@jinnland.com. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item to us.

Refunds
- Refunds – Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Shipping Costs – Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Exchanges – We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
- Damaged or Defective Items – If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at contact@jinnland.com as soon as possible. We will provide instructions for returning the item to us and will either replace the item or issue a refund.
- Non-Returnable Items – Some items are non-returnable, including Customized pieces. We will clearly indicate if an item is non-returnable on the product page.
- International Orders – International orders are subject to the same return and refund policy as domestic orders. However, customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time (depending on your card issuer’s policies) before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@jinnland.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchanges:
1. Products eligible for exchange must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
2. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
3. A proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) is required to initiate the exchange process.
Color Exchange Policy:
1. Once a color choice has been made and the product has been purchased, the color cannot be exchanged for another color. We encourage customers to carefully consider their color preferences before finalizing their purchase.
